Policies Returns and Exchanges: Items may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of receipt. Returned or exchanged items must be unused and in original packaging if applicable. Sorry, no returns or exchanges on personalized items, custom made items or seasonal items. Shipping: Many items sold on My Sweet Dreams Baby are custom made and are not made until after the order has been placed. Shipping time frames vary by item and should be specified on the product page. US shipping is charged at a flate rate of $5.50 for purchases up to $40 and goes up in $0.75 increments for every $10 beyond that. When purchasing several items they may ship seperately. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on the product. International shipping is available on some items, however it is not available on many of the larger items.
